Meet Stephanie

Stephanie is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who offers a warm & welcoming, non-judgmental approach to the therapeutic process. She creates a laid-back environment for clients to really explore their emotions in a way that feels empowering and safe. Stephanie works with kids, teens and young adults who are struggling with: anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, behavioral issues, and problems adjusting.

She works to create an inclusive, safe, non-judgmental, and laid back space for clients to process their experiences and emotions. Her goal is to provide a  compassionate space in which clients can explore and achieve their goals of personal growth and well-being. She aims to give every child and young adult a space to be heard and seen. In a world where children and young adults are always being told what to do, she wants her sessions to be held in a way that they know their voice will be heard. She is also a LGBTQIA+ ally!

Clients can anticipate a treatment approach that is both strengths-based and client-centered. She aims to tailor her methods to meet the unique needs of each individual, creating a collaborative and empowering environment. Together, the focus is on building resilience, enhancing coping skills, and learning to regulate their emotions.

In session, clients can expect a welcoming atmosphere where they are free to explore and address various issues and concerns. Stephanie committed to providing a personalized approach to each client's mental health journey.
