Important Dates

Monthly Team Meeting- First Wednesday of each month from 11am-12:30pm via Google Meet Link

  • Mandatory all staff meeting for 1.5 hours, video must be on for the majority of the meeting in order for it to count. You are compensated a clinical hour for this meeting and participation is required.

Weekly Peer Support Meetings-2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesdays of each month from 12:00pm-1:00pm via Google Meet Link

  • Voluntary weekly meeting to discuss cases, get feedback, check in and connect with peers. This meeting is compensated as well and attendance for all newly hired clinicians is highly encouraged as you get a lof of support from people.

Payroll Submission Dates

Our payroll runs 30 days behind to ensure financial stability within the practice. This is what it looks like:

Sessions completed Jan. 1-Jan. 15th are paid on Feb. 15th.

Sessions completed Jan. 16th-Jan. 31st are paid on Feb. 28th
